We are here 6 days a week!  You can stop in the office or reach out to us via phone, email or your resident portal anytime and we will get back to you as soon as possible.

You can apply online at you choose your floor plan via the floor plan page, then select the unit you wish to apply for and follow the steps to submit your online application.

There is no cost to take a tour. We do require that you bring your photo ID in order to take a tour.

Tours are given by appointment only at this time.

To apply there is a $75 application fee per person and a $150 administration fee. Move in costs will not be due until time of move in.

Be sure to read your lease agreement and ask any questions you may have.  Also, keep an eye out after you sign your lease from Updater, our digital move-in concierge that can help with changing your address, updating subscriptions and more!

You can pay rent online through the resident portal or in person with a cashier's check or personal check.

Pay rent online by visiting the online portal at and submit your payment under the payments tab.

Yes, Laramar Group has partnered with Effective Coverage and LeaseTrack to manage all your insurance requirements. Residents are required to maintain renters insurance with a minimum personal liability coverage of $100,000.

Pest control service is included in your rent.

We will set up your water, sewer and trash for you ($20 set up fee) and you will contact Duke Energy to set up electric.

Any provider that services the area, we recommend AT&T.

Yes! We offer a $250 referral after their first full month with us, they just need to let us know you referred them on their first visit with us.

There is a maximum visit for a guest of 14 days.

Yes, a termination fee will be required.


Washers and dryers are provided in every home.

Yes, we love your pets!

There are no parties/rentals of communal spaces.

Yes, $25 pet rent per pet, $300 pet fee per pet with a 2 pet max.  Breed restrictions apply.

Pitbull terriers, staffordshire terriers, german shepherds, rottweilers, persa canarios, doberman pinschers, chow chows, akitas, wolf-hybrids, akitas, mastiffs, great danes, alaskan malamutes and any mixes of these breeds.

We offer 7-14 month lease options.

Yes, open parking for tenants and guests.

Water, sewer and trash will vary monthly in addition to rent. A $13 renters insurance fee will apply if you do not submit your own policy.

Our homes provide you with a microwave, fridge, stove/oven, dishwasher, washer and dryer.

Fitness center is available during office hours until further notice.

Our fitness center has treadmills, exercise balls, dumbells, and arm machines.


We are located between Hiawassee Rd and Apopka-Vineland Rd, on Silver Star.


We are close to Bravo Supermarket, Dollar General, Mcdonalds, Burger King, Publix, KFC, MetroWest.

Before you move in we'll be sure to do any needed repairs, touch up paint, carpet clean or replacement, and full professional cleaning.  Your home will then be walked by staff to ensure it is move in ready for you.

Yes, during business hours M-F and on call off business hours and weekends.

Visit to download the Resident Service app. This will allow you to submit a maintenance request at anytime. If you experience a maintenance emergency, please give us a call.  

By the order in which they are received. Emergency work orders will take priority.

If you are locked out during office hours, visit the office with a photo ID to borrow a key. If after hours, a lock smith will need to be contacted.

Any nail holes must be filled upon move out. Any painting or wall decals must be removed or charges will occur.
